At WeRise, we are on a mission to reshape the beverage industry one glass at a time starting with wine.
Why are we so passionate about this mission? It’s because Black winemakers make up less than 10% of the wine industry, women less than 20%, Latinx 15%. Our aim at WeRise is to build awareness of the fantastic wines from diverse and underrepresented winemakers.We seek to both engage wine lovers within the Seattle metro area and to provide access to communities that may be less familiar with wine so that they too can learn, discover and enjoy as well. We aim to build an inclusive community centered around wine and educational events. We're excited to have you with us on this journey and excited to share many underrepresented gems of great wines with you.
